Dr. Abiola Folakemi Olaniran is a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition and coordinator of SDG-12 (Sustainable consumption and production patterns), Landmark University Omu- Aran. She is a professional member of Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology, America Society for Microbiology, Africa Nutrition Society and has scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals. Her academic research interest is focused on food microbiology, biopreservation, processing, nutrition and food safety; studying the effects of microorganisms on health, its importance in under-utilized and short shelf life foods.
